To ensure a safe and supportive environment, we ask that all applicants meet the following eligibility criteria and program requirements:

 

Eligibility

 

• Homeless or Displaced: Individuals currently without stable housing or at risk of losing housing.

• Self-Sufficient: Willing to work toward independence and personal growth.

​

Requirements

​

• Non-Refundable Move-In Fee: Payment required to secure housing.

​

• Proof of Income: Documentation of current income or support.

​

• Sobriety: Commitment to a substance-free lifestyle.

​

• Medication Stabilization: Residents must manage and be stabilized on all medications.

​

• Follow House Rules & Program Guidelines: Adherence to community expectations and participation in supportive services.
